What Is Mindfulness?

We have three base programs:
The Fullness Therein- Keynote Presentations and Workshops

Martial Vinyasa Arts- Martial Arts & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Jacinto Karate - To help families become black belts in life.

Our History

Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide mindfulness through moving meditation.
